Direct Connection Using Crossover Cables

I am trying to set up a direct connection for file sharing
b/w two computers. One is ME the other is XP. Any
suggestions on how to do this? Thanks...

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on both computers. It will
automatically make all the necessary settings:
