Hi.

I'm trying to implement a network using 802.1x authentication for
both wired and wireless connection. However, due to service requirement,
I need to apply different auth policy for each network: machine-authentication
for wired network, and user-authentication for wireless network.

This means I cannot simply set registry to

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\General\G lobal\AuthMode 1
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\General\G lobal\SupplicantMode 3

as this sets "global" configuration, not per-interface configuration.

Although there were no documentation available, I first assumed I can
do it by configuring

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\EAPOL\Parameters\Interface s\<GUID>\AuthMode 1

but it turned out it's has no effect.

Is there any way to do per-interface 802.1x configuration?

Thanks in advance.
