What is the difference between LLU and Datastream

What is the difference between LLU and Datastream, really as it effects
the user. I know that the way most ISP's use datastream seems to make it
more prone to contention that ipstream, but is this the same with LLU?

LLU has absolutely nothing to do with datastream or Ipstream....

Now what the LLU company wishes to push over their network is another
matter.....

LLU.....Local Loop Unbundling.....

your phone line reaches local exchange, pstn part connected to BT's
voice network, adsl part connected to your BT's DSLAM equipment in the
BT exchange, data travels to your ISP's core network via a link from

ipstream
========
your phone line reaches local exchange, pstn part connected to BT's
voice network, adsl part connected to BT's DSL equipment, data travels
to your ISP via a central pipe provided by BT, contention controlled by BT.

llu

your phone line reaches local exchange, connects directly to your
suppliers equipment, this equipment can be pstn only, adsl only, or
both, contention (if any) controlled by ISP
