Hi
I have two computers, both of them have a modem card, which software
i can use to make a IP network connection between them directly? (Both
two computers cann't online thourgh an ISP).
After the connection is made, can i use vnc to remote computer A
from computer B?

Both machines will need to be online. Then, depending on the operating
systems in use, you can either use XP Pro's Remote Desktop or third party
software such as RealVNC, UltraVNC, or even pcAnywhere. However, since both
machines only have a dialup connection, it will be *slow* and very hard to
do much work. Depending on what program you use and what firewalls you have
in place, open the firewall ports accordingly. You will get that
information from the remote desktop software you use.

You can't connect modem-to-modem. Both modems will need a phone line. Then
you can dial one modem from the other and set up a connection. It is easier
if you connect both to the Internet and use a VPN or Remote Desktop (XP
Pro - not Home).
