I know this group is Broadband but I hope to get an answer here. I am
helping someone to set up a new PC. They have a pay as you go dialup
account with Tiscali. Unfortunately we cannot get the dialup number from
the old PC and Tiscali don't seem to want to answer their helpline.
I think the number is 0844 052 9009 but the user is on a subscriber line
supplied by Virgin (NTL as was) and according to the Tiscali web site there
may be a prefix that has to be dialled. Certainly I could not get a
connection with 0844 052 9009 on its own.
Does anyone have any knowledge on this one please?
