Dialup List?

Does anyone know of a website that lists/compares dial up off-peak/anytime
type services?

I want to sign up a friend for a cheap off-peak type internet service.
www.adslguide.org is good for listing all the ADSL packages - I want one
similar for dial up.

www.net4nowt.co.uk www.ispreview.co.uk not seen anything with quite
such comparison details as shown on ADSLguide, but the number of 56k
and ISDN services is much higher and user feedback seems to be less
in evidence, though user comments are often found in other groups
(uk.net.providers, alt.internet.providers.uk + freeserve.help.isdn)
