When my Uncle Dials in to my Windows 2003 Server, he can't access the internet. He can open a remote desktop connection, and use the internet from the remote desktop, but that is very slow. Is there any changes I have to make to RRAS to allow him internet access? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Bill English.

Are you running NAT on this server to access the Internet?

In W2k you had to run a netsh command to get a dialup to the Internet
through NAT on the same server. (see kb 310888). In server 2003, you can do
it from the RRAS console. You need to add the "internal" interface as a
private interface in NAT, so that the dialup can use NAT to get out to the
Internet.
