DI-624 rev B firmware 1.28 router + Orinoco a/b/g Gold PC card

They work fine when the router is recently rebooted. However, after a few
days (sometimes 2 days, sometimes more) of continuous operation, the link
will just drop suddenly. Signal strength at all times is above 90%. I use
WPA-SPK. DHCP is enabled.

This time, I decided to unplug the Orinoco card and used Powerline to
connect the laptop. After 12 hours of not doing anything to the router, I
plug Orinoco card back in. No, it still doesn't work! On Proxim Client
Utility: The channel is found (802.11g ch 9). The wrong encryption is found
(WEP). The IP stays at 0.0.0.0 . About 44460 frames received with errors
(only 34 frames received OK).

Since I unplugged and reinserted Orinoco card, I conclude that the DI-624
has problems. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to reboot the router
and lose LAN and Internet connection temporarily.

So far, I haven't found any wireless access point/router that let wireless
clients stay connected forever without rebooting. Please post if you have a
recommendation.
