DHCPServer Errors 1014, 1016 and 1010

I am seeing intermittent triplets of DHCPServer errors which occur in the
following sequence: 1014, 1016 and 1010.
I checked the path of the DHCP backup and it is correct. There is plenty of
disk space. Running 'reconcile' within the DHCP server GUI interface shows
normal result. Any ideas what could be causing this?
