"dhcpcsvc.dll - Wireless Error

I'm trying to load a Belkin Wireless-b network card onto
my laptop. When I run install I get a message to put 98se
in the CD-rom. I do this and then get this error message.
'dhcpcsvc.dll cannot be found.

Does anybody know how I can get this fixed??

Sorry - asked here, answered here.

See if you have the Windows setup files (search for a folder containing
several dozen files that begin with WIN98 and end with the letters CAB) on
your hard drive, if you do you can tell the driver installer to look there
for the files it needs.
