"dhcpcsvc.dll" - file missing.....where to find?

I'm trying to install a wireless modem with my DSL
connection, my Window 98 complained about a file
call "dhcpcsvc.dll" is missing and ask for the WIN98 CD,
but even though I put that in, there's no such file in
the CD. Where can i find that file? Thanks.

certain files cannot be found. If this occurs, you need to manually type in
the directory where to locate the file, which is <CD-ROM drive>:\win98, then
select OK. The file that cannot be found is dhcpcsvc.dll.

copied from the Windows 98SE CD versus the existing files on your system.
The files with version conflicts may include:

dhcpcsvc.dll
snmpapi.dll
vip.386
telnet.exe
In all of these instances, you must select YES to keep the existing file,
and continue with the installation.
