DHCP WINS Access

I have a Windows XP PRO SP3 workstation which is a member of my domain
Windows 2003 R2 Standard DC Server. The server runs Wins DNS and DHCP

I added to my Management console the admin tools for DHCP WINS and DNS.

I can access the servers DNS records no problem

I can not access WINS and DHCP from my workstation

I am guessing it is a firewall issue what do you think?

If it is what ports do I need to open on the server?

I use Microsofts Firewall program on the server

WINS uses 42 TCP/UDP and DHCP use 67 UDP. This link may have more details.
