I have a Panasonic laptop in which I installed a 3COM
PCMCIA ethernet card. Installation went fine. However,
when I boot the laptop, and I don't have the network
cable connected to the PCMCIA ethernet card, the windows
98 logo "freezes" for about 2.5 minutes. Any way to
change timeout for the DHCP?
