DHCP Time Zone

Is there a way to set the clients time zone via DHCP? Using the W32Time
service seems to set the time, but not the time zone???

No....why would you want to anyway?
Clients should be automatically syncing to your DC (PDC emulator) anyway
with no config on your part...
