Did you check the docs on your box?
man -k dhcpd
dhcpd (8) - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Server
dhcpd.conf [dhcpd] (5) - dhcpd configuration file
dhcpd.leases [dhcpd] (5) - DHCP client lease database
After reading the docs, it's usually not more then editing:
/etc/sysconfig/dhcpd
/etc/dhcpd.conf
And restarting dhcpd, no rocket science involved. Many common
tasks can be resolved by just reading the docs that come with the
package and perhaps the distro provided docu. With FC you want to
read redhat provided docs, supplied FC documentation is almost
non existing from what I saw. Sure you can search the web for
hours, but it's often just a waste of time, if the answers are
already on your box.
Good luck
