Hi,

Can anyone answer the following:

If I run three wireless access points on a LAN and enable DHCP on just one
of them, will this allow all the access points to assign IP addresses using
DHCP?

Thanks.
Ken

I have 2 Linksys WAP's doing something similar:

The Modem/Router/WAP has the WAP off and DHCP on.

The Router/WAP is plugged into one of the ports on the Modem/Router/WAP
and has the WAP on and DHCP off.

My laptops connect via wireless and obtain IP addresses fine from the
Modem/Router/WAP.

I haven't tried it with WAP turned on on both of them.
