Yes
For NIC B, you configure TCP IP protocol settings to
obtain IP address automatically, and enter proper DNS
server IPs, and Gateways - pointing to the DHCP server
which you want to use to obtain the IP address.
For NIC A, you might be having a static IP?
In the DHCP server, assign the binding only to
the IP of NIC A (right click on the
DHCP server -> properties -> Advanced page
click on binding and select only NIC A.)
