DHCP Scope Options

I have a Windows 2003 (sp1) Native AD with DHCP running on one of three
DCs. One scope keeps dropping the 003 Router value from the scope
options, it's the only one out of approx 25 scopes, any ideas?

The scope is corrupt. Delete and re-create it.
