I am running a Windows 2003 Server running DHCP. I can open the snap-in to
DHCP fine, but when I click on the only one of the 42 scopes we have I get a
snap-in failed to intialize and it only occurs on the Address Leases and the
Reservations portion of the Scope. I have not see a snap-in fail like this
before on one thing, usually it fails for the entire sanp-in not portions of
the snap-in.
