Just a simple question about DHCP and WINS.

Is it normal that a DHCP renewal (ipconfig /renew or TTL/2) force a
NBNS Refresh on Windows 2000 ?

My lease time on my DHCP Server is 40 Minutes and I could see
(ethereal sniff)that my Wins Refresh occured each 20 minutes whereas
Wins
Server gives me a Wins TTL of 6 days ?

I cannot found any documentation anywhere.

Thanks.
