What is DHCP Option 072?

I have been looking for an hour on both the Microsoft web
site and the general web to find ANY documentation that
explains what this option does. All I can find is that it
is a "List of WWW servers available to the client". What
is the application, how would you use this? Is it just the
default homepage for the DHCP client's browser? Does
