Hi Modo
Make sure DHCP server is Authorized. Just to make sure, right-click
your DHCP server in mmc snap-in then click authorize.
Again right-click DHCP server>Properties. Click DNS tab. Make sure
Dynamic updates box is checked at the top, and the second choice "Always .. A
records and PTR.." is set
In DNS side, right-click your forward lookup zone>Properties. Make sure
Dynamic updates is not set to none
After making changes, restart the services
