dhcp + mac spof

Hi, how can I set (using /etc/networking/interfaces) so that eth0 card will

- have given MAC adress (that is - it will simulate to have this MAC adress
instead of real MAC of hardware)

- will get IP and DNS settings from DHCP (using new MAC)

and then, in iptables, how to:

- make internet available to computers connected throught eth1

- forward incomming port 80 (http) to computer 192.169.10.1 (with should be
attached to eth1)
