DHCP lease only to members of Domain

I have a server 2003 domain. Is there a way - or group policy - or anything
I can do to lock down the DHCP server so that it only gives IP's out to those
computers whose computer accounts are registered in the Active Direcory?

There is not directway provided in Microsoft DHCPServer. But DHCPServer
provides platform to achieve many such functionally with plugin support. By
writing a plugin we can achieve this easily.
