Hi,

I'm trying install a DHCP in a Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4, but in the middle of instalation the following error message is displayed:

An error occurred which prevented the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
component from being installed or removed. The error was 0x80070005.

When I click OK in this message the instalation aborts.

I already try to reinstall SP4, but the problem conitnues.

Anyone can help me with this issue????

Thanks a lot

Alessandro
