Did you use 'dump' command? If you did, you got the text file with a list of
commands with your settings for DHCP server. To import these settings, just
give *.bat extension for the file and execute it. After execution you'll
have DHCP server with your saved settings.
To export settings to SQL server you'll have to make a parser script.
