DHCP + DNS Stopped working after applying SP1

After applying Windows 2003 SP1 to the domain controller, my workstations
can not get a DHCP address when ipconfig /release and renew is used or when
rebooted. Also pinging by DNS names does not get results...

This is in my Lab environmnet,
