DHCP Discover Messages Ignored

I have an activated, happy looking scope created on a 2003 server. I
put a host on the same subnet and then run a sniffer on the DHCP
server. I see 4 DHCP Discover messages from the host, but the server
never responds nor makes any log entries. I have setup DHCP servers for
years and usually have no issue. Can someone suggest a next step of
troubleshooting please? Thanks.

Hi Andy,

Is DHCP Authorized? Are scopes Active? Can you restart DHCP service and
check Event logs? Are there any errors on System or Applications logs?
