I am having 2 issues with Debian getting the IP on boot.
1. When /etc/init.d/networking is run the time that it takes is long, like 2
mins. I have tried to descrease this time by editting dhcp.conf in /etc and
it worked for when I run /etc/init.d/networking manually, however, on boot,
dhcp still takes really long to find the IP.
2. What is the netenv for. I have created a new netenv called Do-nothing in
which I have the IP set to some internal 1 like 192. However, it seems to
still runs DHCP.
