I have a Windows 2003 Server on which an admin altered the logon account
which the DHCP client uses to start. It was "NT Authority\LocalService",
they changed it to local system because the service would not start because
of an Access Denied issue. Now how do I change back to "NT
Authority\LocalService" for this service and resolve the Access Denied issue.
