Good Afternoon ....

I am recieving the following error on one of my Network Load balenced servers:

The DHCP Client service is shutting down. The following error occurred :
Access is Denied

I have verified all permissions and also verified with the other server that
is part of the Network Load balance cluster and everything seems to be set
correctly.
