DHCP Client not Running in Member Server

Hi,
I moved my Win Ser 2000 Domain Controller to 2003 network and joined it as a
member server. Everything works fine except for the DHCP client service.
I have got ten servers in my domain, 5 of them i upgraded from 2000 network,
in all these five servers i am facing DHCP client service issue. Event Viewer
says DHCP service is shutting down, access denied. Event Id 1004.
I tried with registry editing by giving Network Services full controll over
DHCP and TCP/IP, it works for the time being but after restart it fails again
and the registry setting also changes.
