DHCP Classid to request a scope?

Is it possible to set up separate DHCP scopes for business units, and have
the classid determine the scope they get their IP addresses from? I see how
to do specific options, just not the scope.

My plan is to have 3 scopes, one with almost no access, and 1 each for
Engineering and Marketing, then manage the Classes.
