There appears to be a bug/problem with authorizing and unauthorizing a
Windows 2003 DHCP server in a W2K AD network. I have successfully
unauthorized the 2003 DHCP server - it doesn't show-up as authorized in
either the 2000 DHCP snap-in or by using adsiedit.msc to look at the AD
properties. But, it is still running and whenever I run the DHCP mmc snap-in
on any of our 2003 member servers, it's still listed as authorized.

??????????? Any thoughts?
