DHCP and WINS

I've got a new Windows 2003 DHCP server. I've created a scope with Primary
and Secondary WINS options, however, sometimes the client's WINS IP settings
they get from this DHCP server have the primary and secondary IP's reversed.
I've verified they don't have any static settings, etc.

Any ideas?

It doesn't matter. Leave it be.
