DHCP and VPN question

Is there a way to make the DHCP server lease addresses to requests
coming from a specific ip address?

I have a DHCP server on the 20 subnet. I have my Cisco 3020 VPN
Concentrator on the 20 subnet. I want the VPN clients coming in through
the Concentrator to get a 26 subnet address.

Can the DHCP server listen for DHCP requests coming through the
Concentrator and assign it addresses from the 26 scope?

DHCP in WS03 (and probably W2K as well) assigns an IP address based on the
IP address of the client's default gateway. So if the default gateway for
the clients has an IP on the 20 subnet, DHCP will lease an IP from that
address range but not from another.
