DHCP on 2003 server

Good Day,

We've set our DHCP server on an existing network, where
there are other DHCP servers, and our DHCP server has
been authorised. We are trying to get HP BL20p blade
servers going using ILO and LAN connection but only the
ILO gets a IP address?

Please help if you have an idea.

Have you performed a network sniff to verify the DHCP server is getting the
DHCP Discovers? Does the DHCP server have a proper scope set up?
