DHCP 2003 Rervation name changes

Hello

I'm runing clustered DHCP on Windows 2003 on a set of domain
controllers. I'm noticing that the DHCP reservation names change when
the server boots up, changes to the netbios name of the server.

Is there a way to turn this off? I'm using specific reservation names
that need to stay that way, I dont want the netbios name as the
reservation name. There was a previous post on this topic with no
response.
