Determining which process is using a network share

I ran into a situation today where I had a network share I could not
disconnect. I tried doing:

net use \\devdb02\c$ /delete

And got the message:

The device is being accessed by an active process.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2404

Needless to say, NET HELPMSG wasn't very helpful :-(. There was no *obvious*
process using the share. (No explorer windows open, no open applications
using files on that share, etc.) I even brought up Task Manager to see if I
could see something running in the background that might be using the share,
but nothing struck me as such.

Is there some utility that would show me which process is using a network
share? That would have come in extremely useful...

Thanks in advance.

Open the Computer Management icon in the Administrative Tools.
Go down to "Shared Folders" then under it go to "Open Files".

You should be able to delete it by using the following:

net session \\computername /delete
