DHCPLOC is a good choice.
The easiest way to use dhcploc is to launch it from the command line in the
form
dhcoloc "ip address of your client".
For example if you have ip 192.1.1.1
dhcploc 192.168.1.1
Press more than once the d key to display.
The output will show all the DHCP server IN YOUR SUBNET offering you an ip
address.
If you have more than one subnet you've to repeat the control from a client
on that subnet (or to move your client from subnet to subnet, of course).
