Hello again to the group,

I have two cases with the same problem. For a case I use DWL-900AP+ and
in the other DWL-2000AP+ but with the same problems ...

I use the APs multipoint bridge mode to link remote offices (not so
remote, in one case the remote offices are separated 80 meters only)

Ok things seems to work very nice, the link and ping times seems to be
very good, but several times per day, I need to unplug and plug again
the AP from the electrical power, due they get hang. They stop
responding a simple ping from the local cabled network.

What could be happening? Could be some fine tunning that is neccesary in
the configuration? Why they simply suddenly stop working?

For the case of only two offices ¿is there some improvement in using
bridge mode over multipoint bridge?

Thanks in advance ...

We have also encountered this problem. D-link say the DWL-AP2000+ is
not yet supported and can offer no assistance, others seem to be
getting the same issues. As anyone tried the latest firmware (v1.03)
the D-link website carries this update but makes no comment on what it
fixes.

Any further help on this matter would be very much appreciated.

Cheers
