I think it should all be possible, but you will have to do a major
deployment build, and burn your own CDs. A lot of work.
One machine will need to be set up, and then you will have to base the
CDs on that, and install on the other 2, so the time spent installing
windows may have been wasted, because you'll prolly have to do it again
with the deployment.
