I am thinking of deploying wireless only connections in my
company, is it a good idea? What are the issues to be
aware of?
Also, is wireless multicast possible if the rest of my
unwired network is multicast?
Thanks

you do not want to deply MS brand wireless homenetworking equipment in
a corporate environment. it has no enterprise features and won't
support your needs. you need an enterprise solution with radius
authentication. look for help in the more general wireless networking
newsgroup.
