Deploy VPN on W2K3 Standalone

Is there a guide on how to deploy VPN solution on Windows 2003
standalone server ( without AD )?

I have a Windows 2003 Standard server, that is largely used for web
sites. don't want to put it on the network for security reasons, and i
also don't want to be installing frontpage extensions on every ASP.NET
project that i create. I figure VPN would ease my pain....

On the Windows Server 2003 machine create local user accounts for the remote
access users:
