Hi, I have a W2003 host that runs RRAS and connects main office with
remote site via Windows 2003 PPTP VPN. My question is should I disable
DNS registration and NetBIOS over TCP/IP for these interfaces?

Registering them in DNS doesn't serve any useful purpose, so I would
disable it. Disabling Netbios over TCP/IP requires a registry change. See
the section on this near the end of KB 292822 .
