Dell TrueMobile with Cisco AIR AP1230B

I want to use an Dell 500M and an 1300 True Mobil Card with a Cisco
AP1230B (with 5GHz Modul and 2,4 GHz Modul). My problem is now , that
dont't got a ip-address from my DHCP Server through the wireless lan.
Also the AP1230B don't accept a fix ip address. Every time i can read
0.0.0.0 for the client address into the web server from the cisco
AP1230B. Why i can't got a dynamic address and why a can't use an
static address.
I use two other differnt cards. At first i use a D-Link 5GHz Card
(without function also like the Dell True Mobile) and in a second
stage i use a original Cisco Card with all functionality.
Can i use only original Cisco Wireless Cards?
