Hi
we have a dell PE 2900 server coming with broadcom NXII NICs which has
capability of TOE (TCP offload engine). How can I find out whether this TOE
functionality is enabled on the NIC or not?

thanks

Go to Device Manager, find the NIC and check its properties. Under the
Advanced tab you should see "TCP/UDP Checksum Offload (IPv4)". That's what
it says on my Dell server with Broadcom NetXreme.
