When I delete a file across the network it takes about 20
seconds for the file to get deleted. I found an article
on MS knowledge base that references this problem but it
is for Windows 2000 machines and the message in the
network trace is different. I do a network trace (network
monitor tool) while I'm deleting a file and here is what
keeps coming up:

Anyone ever run into this? Both systems are running
Windows 2003 Server. I delete the file from a terminal
services windows but the file is stored on another windows
2003 server.
