Don't understand the part about the domain - if the last logon was to the
domain to which the computer is joined, then that is the default until
changed.
I don't know of any way to force a universal default user logon; however,
you can use group policy to eliminate display of the last user name on the
logon screen:
Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local
Policies/Security Options -
"Do not display last user name in logon screen"
