No, unless the installer put a boot-time script in /etc/init.d or /etc/rc.d,
depending on your distro. You should start by reading up on the Linux boot
process-- try

I have a similar setup with ipcheck (another DDNS client), and I run it both
at boot, and daily from a cron job.
